Texas Lawyer Publishes Partner Mitch Little’s Article

The holiday season gives all of us time to reflect on the previous year and fill our hearts with thanksgiving from the opportunities and lessons we received throughout the course of the year. Mitch Little recently wrote an article titled “The Little Things that Make Lawyering Worth It”. In the article, Mitch tells of a heartwarming expression of gratitude he received from a client and how it served as a reminder of why he finds joy in practicing law. Partner Tom Kulik Appointed to Chairman to State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee

We would like to send a big congratulations to partner Tom Kulik who was appointed by the State Bar of Texas to be Chairman of the State Bar’s District 1, Panel 1 Grievance Committee. In this role he chairs a panel that reviews and administratively adjudicates complaints forwarded by the State Bar’s Chief Disciplinary Counsel. Scheef & Stone Chosen As One Of The “Top 100 Places to Work” For Second Time

Scheef & Stone, L.L.P. has been chosen for the second time as one of the “Top 100 Places to Work” for 2012, as designated by the Dallas Morning News. The Firm will be featured in a special supplement to the paper on Sunday, November 11th.

Staff members celebrated the honor with a lunch at Natalie’s Restaurant in Dallas along with an assortment of prizes. Administrator Brenda Conine also read messages of congratulations and appreciation from the firm’s attorneys, thanking the staff for their contribution to the family culture at Scheef & Stone.
