Robin approaches IP negotiations on behalf of her clients with optimism and tenacity balanced by technical experience and an understanding of the business economics involved. She has negotiated and drafted numerous trademark co-existence agreements, trademark licenses, assignments, software development and license agreements, and complex patent licenses involving multiple patents and multiple parties.

She has substantial experience in claim construction analysis and briefing complex patent, copyright and trademark issues at the district court and court of appeals levels.

Robin has drafted successful appeals to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, Markman claim construction briefs, motions for summary judgment of non-infringement, to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, to permit interlocutory appeal on patent-related subject matter jurisdiction, for reconsideration of an unfavorable ruling on a summary judgment motion (briefed by predecessor counsel) in a copyright infringement matter, and dozens of discovery-related motions. Robin has also been the primary draftsperson on four appeals at the Federal Circuit and two appeals at the Fifth CircuitPatent Trial and Appeal Board.
