Overview
An accomplished litigator, Logan C. Miller works closely with clients to navigate complex legal challenges and achieve results that align with their broader business goals. His practice centers on commercial litigation, where he has represented clients in high-stakes business disputes involving alleged damages exceeding $500 million. Logan also brings diverse experience in construction litigation, personal injury defense, probate matters, and intellectual property disputes.
In addition to his litigation practice, Logan assists clients with transactional matters, including partnership and shareholder agreements, trademark preparation, and aircraft dry lease agreements. Known for pairing skilled advocacy with creative problem-solving, he ensures that strategies are both legally sound and business-minded. Clients value his ability to balance efficiency and precision with a focus on mitigating risk and cost.

Experience
- Served as lead associate in a high-stakes business dispute resulting in a settlement exceeding $500 million in favor of the client.
- Obtained a $500,000 judgment for a client in a construction litigation case involving claims of misappropriation of construction trust funds through a successful motion for traditional summary judgment.
- Secured a take-nothing judgment for a client in a premises liability case involving one of Texas’ most well-known burger chains, following back-to-back wins on motions to exclude all evidence of damages and for no-evidence summary judgment.
- Prevailed on three of five claims in a nuisance/trespass case with alleged damages over $1 million through a motion for no-evidence summary judgment; the plaintiff subsequently nonsuited the remaining two claims with prejudice.
- Drafted and prevailed on a motion for traditional summary judgment in a complex commercial dispute involving breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty; thereafter assisted with obtaining an award of approximately $300,000 in costs and attorneys’ fees under a prevailing party provision.
