- Represented a landowner/homebuilder in condemnation proceedings, securing a $10 million settlement on behalf of the client
- Assisted at trial in obtaining a take-nothing judgment in defense of a client facing $40,000,000.00 in alleged damages
- Successfully obtained traditional summary judgment on six contractual claims on behalf of a high-profile Dallas-based client, resulting in a take-nothing judgment
- Secured multiple high-dollar settlements for clients across various areas of law
