We are honored to announce that partner Tom Kulik has been elected as State Bar of Texas District 1 Grievance Committee Chairman, effective July 1, 2016. Elected by members of the District Grievance Committee panels located in District 1, he will now oversee the case allocation for four separate panels that address grievances filed by individuals who believe they have been a witness to attorney misconduct. These panels hear cases in McKinney, Sherman, Marshall and Texarkana. Currently, 387 volunteer Grievance Committee members serve on 17 committees throughout the state. Members are nominated by State Bar directors and are appointed by the State Bar president. Congratulations to Tom on this achievement!
