Overview
Jack has extensive experience in representing clients across a broad spectrum of foreign and domestic intellectual property matters, encompassing patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. His expertise also extends to preparing patent and trademark infringement and invalidity opinions, as well as crafting license agreements.
With degrees in both mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as an MBA, Jack has successfully prosecuted over 400 patents, foreign and domestic, in artificial intelligence, computer hardware and software, telecommunications, antenna design, oil and gas exploration, production, and refining, business methods, tools, highway technology, exercise equipment, and power transmission lines. Jack’s proficiency is further highlighted by having secured several patents of his own.
Furthermore, having previously worked for NASA and various other engineering companies and having obtained licensure as a Registered Professional Engineer, he possesses a keen understanding of engineering companies and their unique requirements.
Moreover, Jack’s dedication to service extends to his country, where he proudly served as a Captain in the Army.
