Chris S. Quillin
Chris S. Quillin is a real estate attorney with more than twenty-five years’ real estate experience, assisting his clients in both the commercial and residential real estate markets throughout the south.
Chris has experience with matters involving retail commercial and multi-family sales transactions, including the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, property management agreements, title instruments, commercial leases and retail leases, brokerage agreements, listing agreements, and ﬁnancial instruments. Additionally, Chris has handled virtually every aspect of residential real estate transactions. His real estate clientele includes developers, investors, builders, brokers, home owner associations, landlords, and tenants. Chris’s long-standing passion for real estate has allowed him to attain tremendous success for his clients.
Chris also possesses extensive experience serving clients with general business and corporate matters, including forming and dissolving businesses, entity consulting, and structuring sales and acquisitions of small and mid-sized businesses.
When Chris is not busy serving his clients, he is active traveling, hiking, and snow skiing with his wife and three children.
