Overview

Chris S. Quillin is a Partner in the firm and possesses over twenty-seven years’ legal experience assisting his clients in the commercial and residential real estate markets throughout the continental United States.

Chris has extensive experience serving clients in matters involving retail commercial properties, multi-family properties, office buildings/complexes, shopping centers, condominium regimes, master-planned residential community developments, mixed-use land developments, commercial and industrial leases, and cellular site leasing and acquisitions. Chris’s transactional experience includes negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, property management agreements, title instruments, commercial and retail leases, brokerage agreements, listing agreements, and financial instruments. Additionally, Chris has handled virtually every aspect of residential real estate transactions. His real estate clientele includes developers, private equity investors, commercial and private money lenders, builders, brokers, property owner associations, landlords, tenants, property management companies, syndicators, and real estate advisors. Chris’s long-standing passion for real estate has allowed him to attain tremendous success for his clients.

Chris also possesses extensive experience serving clients with general business and corporate matters, including entity formation and dissolution, as well as acquisitions and divestitures of small and mid-sized businesses.

When Chris is not busy serving his clients, he is active traveling, hunting, and snow skiing with his wife and three children.
