Overview
Mr. Stockard’s practice centers on all areas of commercial real estate law. He represents both lenders and operators in the financing, acquisition, and development of real estate. He also represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential mortgages. He has also closed hundreds of commercial loan transactions and loan restructurings representing all types of commercial lenders. He currently represents a national property management company in all areas of landlord-tenant relationships and in the past has represented a Fortune 500 casual dining company in all areas of retail developments on a national basis.
