An accomplished litigator, Mr. Baker works alongside clients to help them successfully resolve their legal issues while furthering their ultimate business objectives. Mr. Baker primarily focuses his practice on commercial litigation.  His clients and the work he performs include a broad range of industries, including oil and gas, commercial real estate, residential real estate, employment/trade secret disputes, construction (commercial and residential), franchisor/franchisee disputes, attorney malpractice, and insurance. Mr. Baker’s clients value and rely upon his sound legal guidance, creativity, and skill in forging a solution that meets their business needs as quickly as possible.

In every case he manages, Mr. Baker is committed to finding practical, cost-effective solutions designed to avoid further legal disputes and expense. To that end, Mr. Baker seeks negotiated resolutions when possible, but enjoys the process of creating and presenting powerful advocacy at trial or arbitration when a settlement cannot be reached.

When not working on legal solutions for his clients, Mr. Baker devotes his time to his family and his community and is involved in his church, and other charitable activities.
