Overview

Andrea Cook is an experienced trial attorney representing property owners, developers, retail stores, and management companies at both the state and federal level.  Her practice is also centered on resolving complex disputes involving premises liability, and business litigation involving TCPA & DTPA cases.  Andera is licensed in Texas and Illinois.

Experience

Andrea has extensive experience in handling and defending complex expert and corporate representative depositions. She is also well versed in defending clients in complex litigation involving trucking, construction defects, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injuries. She has also litigated first-party property insurance claims involving catastrophic property and personal insurance claims, as well as third-party casualty matters involving wrongful death and severe physical injuries. Andrea has also served as a municipal attorney for the City of Chicago where she gained valuable trial experience defending police misconduct cases involving false imprisonment, excessive force, and wrongful death. She has tried cases in both Illinois and Texas.
