He is Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Henry also provides advice to clients and attorneys on legal and business strategies, as well as trial support in complex civil cases in the area of experts, summary judgment, jury charge practice, and post-judgment motion practice.
