Employee Benefits/ERISA

Our attorneys assist companies in the design and administration of their employee benefit plans.  These plans include 401(k), ESOPs and other qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, medical benefit plans, stock option and other equity-based plans, and bonus and other incentive plans.  We also advise and assist regarding regulatory compliance with the IRS, Department of Labor and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code and advise plan fiduciaries on their duties under ERISA.
