Legal Secretary for Frisco, Texas Office
 
Seeking a highly motivated legal secretary for bankruptcy and IP litigation practice areas.  Heavy litigation experience in federal court (PACER, ECF filing, Table of Contents, Table of Authorities), excellent proof reading skills, and organizational skills.   Successful candidate will be responsible for word processing, mail, court filings, opening files, calendaring, proof reading, scheduling, time entry, administrative tasks, and various other litigation-related duties as needed for a busy desk.    
 
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, WordPerfect, word processing, time billing systems, and electronic document management necessary.
 
A minimum of five (5) years litigation legal secretarial experience required for the candidate with impeccable credentials and the desire to join our work family.
