Audra Mayberry


Audra Mayberry represents businesses in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contractual and trade secret disputes, construction litigation, collections, securities fraud litigation, employment litigation and products liability litigation.

Before joining Scheef & Stone, L.L.P.,  Ms. Mayberry was an associate at Thering McCarley, PLLC,  representing clients in civil litigation cases, Chapter 7 bankruptcy actions, health care liability claims, employment actions, business disputes and contract issues. 

In 2010, Ms. Mayberry was a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Kerry FitzGerald, Texas 5th District Appeals.  She was also a law clerk for Rodney R Elkins & Co where she managed case files, drafted discovery requests and motions.  At Parkland Health and Hospital Systems, she served as an extern and drafted transfer agreements, participated in litigation preparation, and researched statutory issues.  Ms Mayberry also interned for Susan G Komen for the Cure at the National headquarters drafting marketing contracts and auditing affiliate bylaws and articles of incorporation. 

Ms. Mayberry uses her broad range of experience to resolve conflicts and satisfy clients.  She combines professionalism and diligence to effectively communicate with her clients and opposing counsel.
