Amir S. Kuzbari


Amir S. Kuzbari is an associate attorney practicing in Scheef & Stone, L.L.P.’s Corporate & Business and Real Estate sections. Mr. Kuzbari leverages his global experience in the corporate world to assist clients with a wide variety of business transactions.

Before joining Scheef & Stone, L.L.P., Mr. Kuzbari worked as lead broker for Invest Group Overseas (“IGO”) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Mr. Kuzbari was the sole representative for IGO in the U.S. for their $800 million mixed-use development, “The Gate”. He initiated communications with various consultants, joint venture partners, and investors to discuss joint venture partnerships structured with public-private financing.

Mr. Kuzbari also served as Chief Operations Officer of DK Foot and Casual. As COO, Mr. Kuzbari implemented a corporate structure tailored for expansion and doubled the businesses’ size. Additionally, under Mr. Kuzbari’s leadership, DK Foot and Casual obtained ‘top retail’ status with several national manufactures such as Nike and Adidas. Mr. Kuzbari brought DK Foot and Casual to exit by handling negotiations with interested buyers, conducting due diligence and managing the businesses’ legal matters.

Mr. Kuzbari’s experience provides him with a unique perspective to his practice and allows him to intimately understand his clients’ needs and provide counsel on both business and legal matters.
